This year I believe we have a winning design and a company who wishes to be involved in an ambitious engineering project involving engineers studying at Oxford University and Imperial College should look no further.
Last year Bosch found it a very beneficial relationship. They used the project as a promotion aid, featuring articles on Wedgehog in their monthly magazine. They also received advertising space on this web page as well as exposure to a vast range of engineers involved in the making of other robots in the competition.
A new page is currently being set up for
the next Robot where Internet advertising space will be allocated to sponsors.
Or, of course the money to go out and
buy it our selves!
If you are interested in sponsoring the project, may it be in a materials, parts or financial way, or you want to know more about the project then please contact me, Chris Glaister at:

about Robot Wars
I am a member of The
Shadow Project, a innovative robotics company based in London.
The Shadow Project is a self contained unfunded
Robotics Project. It is run by a great guy called Richard Greenhill
whose ambition in life is to build the first ever really useful domestic
robot. He funds the project out of his own pocket and very kindly
allows me and many others come an use his workshop and resources to build
robots. Any offers for funding are very welcome.
